My mom recently sent me a few bags of these White Chocolate Candy Corn M&M’s. My heart skipped a beat!
I have NO idea where my obsession with candy corn came from or when it started but it’s bad. Really bad.
These little guys don’t really taste like candy corn, but they have a yummy caramely flavor. They are very sweet and you can’t eat very many by themselves, but in these cookies, they are great! Cake batter cookies were the perfect pairing for these candies, and they were so fast and easy to mix together!
Here’s all you need.
M&M’s White Chocolate Candy Corn Cake Batter Cookies

1 box vanilla cake mix, 18.25 oz
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 C M&M’s white chocolate candy corn pieces
Candy corn for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix and baking powder. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, oil and vanilla. Add the egg mixture to the cake mixture and stir to combine. Add in the M&M’s. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or silpat.
